My interest in real estate began with purchasing my first home and grew through investing in income-generating properties. With more than three decades of corporate finance experience, I bring careful analysis, attention to detail and a practical understanding of the numbers behind a move.

I hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) and RESA® Certified Staging Advocate™ certifications. These complement my approach to helping clients prepare their homes, evaluate their options and negotiate with clear priorities.
